I own a TI-84 plus SE. Recently I've been looking for updates and other things on my computer and so I plugged my Calculator in. When I click on TI Device Explorer and click on programs it'll show me all of my programs. when I right click on the program i am allowed to open it, but when I click open, it says,
"Cannot open this item because there is no application associated with this datatype."
My question is, what program is associated with this datatype?
Well, since you are using TI-Connect, then only TI-Connect itself should be associated with it. The only thing it should do is try to resend the program to your calculator, which is quite pointless. My guess is that you need to repair your installation.
